This page will be regularly updated with useful information leading up to sign on day. Below you will find the Registration Form for 2010.
You will also notice that there is an authority form for the use of photographic images that may/have been taken by our professional photographer during the course of the games. This form provides authority for PRUSC to use these photos on the website and/or in publications that promote and create awareness about the Club.
You will need to complete this form if you are happy for photos to be used, and provide to the Club on sign-on day.
