17/06/2009 - Taylor Faulks (Senior United Star) - QLD State Age Win
Congratulations to Taylor Faulks who is a member of our United Aquila Division 1 team. Earlier this month Taylor, a member of the Under 17 Pine Rivers Representative team competed & won at the Qld State Age Championships. Well Done Taylor!!!!

United spend time with Anne Sargeant!
United players were fortunate enough to participate in a 1 or 2 day clinic with Anne Sargeant on 21st & 22nd February. It was a very enjoyable day for United players and coaches that attended. The event was organised by PRNA and we are hoping that there are more famous netballers to come.

Dont' forget to come down to Struddy's at Lawnton (Gympie Road) between 5pm and 7pm on Wednesday 4th March, 2009, for all your 2009 Netball needs! 10% of items sold will be given to the United Netball Division. The Committee look forward to seeing you there!
13/02/2009 - FAMILY FUN AND DISASTER RELIEF DAY - SUN 22/2/2009
All PRUSC is very proud to combine our Family Fun Day with a Disaster Relief Event to be hosted at our Club on Sunday 22nd February, 2009. The day commences at 11am and the day is filled with fantastic events such as the Roar Rapid Fire.
Netball Shoot out is at 3pm (following meet and greet) and only costs $1.00 entry if you are not attending the entire days events.
50% of the proceeds taken throughout the day will be donated to support the victims of the Nth Queensland Floods and the Victorian fire victims. Come along and bring your friends and family. The programme can be downloaded by clicking on the image below. We look forward to seeing you all there!

11/02/2009 - PRNA selects 15 United Players for representative teams in 2009!
Congratulations to the following list of United Netball Players who have been selected for PRNA representative teams in 2009. 15 players doubles the number of players selected from United compared to 2008. This is a fantastic result. Well done girls!

10/02/2009 - Kim Chambers ( United Netball, Director of Coaching)
Kim Chambers successfully acquired a coaching position with Pine Rivers Netball Association for the Representative Teams in 2009. This achievement is a testament to Kim's skills as a player and coach in Netball and also a recognition of her also working towards her accreditation as a Level 2 coach with Netball Queensland. Well done Kim and we wish you all the very best with your 14's team for the 2009 PRNA rep season!
Exclusive Netball Clinics for PRNA Members!
PRNA have announced that they will be hosting 2 very exciting Netball Clinics in February 2009. For the 1st time, Anne Sargeant will head to Brisbane and present skill clinics, exclusively for PRNA members!
Anne Sargeant, OAM, Former Australian Netball Captain, represented Australia for 11 years, played in 3 World Championships, and twice part of the successful World Title campaigns.
2 clinics will be offered - firstly a special intensive skills development clinic for PRNA Representative players on Saturday 21st February. This will then be followed by an Open skills clinic for all PRNA members on Sunday 22nd February, 2009. Specific details on these clinics will be released on January 21st along with nomination forms from the PRNA website. Please note: Clinic numbers will be capped and will be on a first in entry basis.

PRNA REP NOMINATIONS - CLOSED 28th January, 2009
We have had a total this year of 19 nominations submitted. United Netball wish all the nominated players the very best of luck at your selection trials. The 2009 PRNA Representative Selection Dates are still available for download from the PRNA website www.pineriversnetball.org.au.
Players keep an eye out on the PRNA website following the conclusion of the selection sessions as successful nominees will be announced there.
