28/12/09 - Mark Millard resignation/Presidential Vacany
It is with sadness that we announce that Mark Millard has resigned in his role of President of Pine Rivers United Sports Club, due to personal reasons. The Executive Committee would like to sincerely thank Mark for his loyalty and dedication to the Committee and the Club over the last 3 years and we wish Mark all the very best for the future.
As a result the President role is now vacant. Whilst the Executive have the ability to appoint, the Executive would like to invite registration of interest from those who may be interested in fulfilling this role. The role of President requires an individual who is a strong leader, is driven to succeed and work as part of a team. Experience in management and a background in football is highly desirable.
Registrations can be forwarded to the Club attention to the Secretary or via email on manager@pineriversunited.com

PRUSC - Netball/Futsal Court Launch - Sunday 8th November, 2009
All Members are welcome to come along and be a part of the formal court launch opening at PRUSC at 3pm. The courts will be opened by many important dignitaries from Local, State and Federal Government. There will also be demonstration games of Netball & Futsal on the day.

PINE RIVERS UNITED SPORTS CLUB REMEMBERS CO-FOUNDER "KIT GURTEEN"
It is with great sadness that we advise that Kit Gurteen, co-founder of PRUSC, passed away on on Saturday 26th September, 2009.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday,29th September at the Anglican Church Petrie commencing at 2pm. Kit can be seen in the photo below third from the left.

From 7.00am on weekends and 4.00pm on weekdays, information regarding games cancelled due to wet weather can be accessed by dialling 38491104. The message will contain those games which have been cancelled. If a game is not mentioned it is deemed to be still on. Wet weather information is also posted on Football Brisbane's website (http://www.footballbrisbane.com.au/. Any further inquiries should be directed to your team manager.

Under 9 Pine Rivers United Wolves have done it again, going undefeated at the 5 A-side Competition held at Albany Creek. Well Done Wolves, you are unstoppable!
